Echelon Meridian Pilates Reformer with 22" HD Touchscreen

My husband purchased the Echelon Meridian Reformer for me after I asked if we could add one to our home gym. We already have the Echelon rower and treadmill, so it fit in perfectly with the equipment we already use. I wanted to incorporate more Pilates into my marathon training, and having a reformer at home has made that possible. As much as I enjoy studio Pilates classes, they can be expensive, and finding an instructor you love at a time that works with your schedule isn't always easy. As a working mom, it's much more convenient to walk into our garage gym, choose a workout that fits the time I have available, and get a quality reformer session in without having to leave the house. That convenience has made it much easier for me to stay consistent with my training. My one complaint is the 22-inch touchscreen. While the display itself is excellent, I wish it could slide forward and backward. During footwork and certain leg exercises over the footbar, the fixed screen limits the available space. An adjustable screen would make the reformer even better, especially for users who need a little more room for leg extension. Overall, I'm very happy with the Meridian Reformer. It's been a great addition to our home gym and has given me the flexibility to fit Pilates into my training schedule without the cost or scheduling challenges of attending studio classes.
