These are going to help me with my new year resolution to get gift. With Covid on the up again I am finding myself work and work out from home so these are perfect. I love these resistance bands! When I use these bands, I can really tell a difference in my muscles and strength even after only using them for a short period of time. The durability is amazing as well! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great addition to their daily routine!

These are so great. They work like I expected. They came with a sheet of workouts that are easy to follow and feel like they are working. The resistance is great on them. The black one is very hard for me now but I know I'll get there. These are easy to clean and very durable. They are so worth it.

I own a lot of different exercise equipment but have never used bands. This pack of bands makes customizing my workouts a breeze. I love that they are color coded and clearly labeled by light, medium or heavy. Each one provides resistance without the use of bulky weights which is really convenient. The suggested use pamphlet included in the package provided a nice baseline of ways the bands can be used. Each one folds into itself nicely making them ideal for in-home storage or travel. My only critique is that the bands have a strong rubber smell to them which most likely cannot be remedied as I attribute it to the material they are made of.

I really like these and so does my teenage daughter. The three bands have different levels of resistance, so depending on what you want to do or how hard you want to work, you're going to get what you want from these.

I like that these bands have a great resistance. I am bigger but even so they work great! I like the colors too. The elasticisty in the bands seems to be good so far. Very impressed.

I got these bands to help strengthen my knee. They work very well and the pension is strong. I do have to double up every once in awhile on the band's to get more attention but these are very well made and you can tell they are quality.

These bands are OK. They are not for building big muscles, just adding a bit of resistance. If you want to do some home workouts, they can be good, but don't expect to use these to get bulked up.
