Echo 2 Drawer Lateral File Cabinet in Pure White - Engineered Wood

I purchased this file cabinet a couple of years ago and it's just perfect. very nice looking, drawers operate very smoothly and pull out all the way. plenty of room for all my files and room left over. My friend liked it so much he is ordering one today. It's definitely a good buy.

Assembly instructions were slightly confusing otherwise everything else went well!

I have assembled this exactly according to the manufacturer's instructions. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The top drawer doesn't close - it keeps catching on the anti-tip mechanism. I have had multiple calls with the manufacturer and they have sent me different anti-tip mechanisms and closures to try to rectify the issue but nothing works. I have sent them photos and video of the issue but it is still faulty. This has been going on over 2 months. Also I noticed once assembled that the front of the top drawer is imperfect (it has a raised bump on the face) After having had 3 of these delivered and sent back because of damage I'm really fed up with it. My advice would be to avoid this item.
