I've been using the DCP-BVRVS1B for about a month now, and it's been a great addition to my yard tools. It's lightweight, easy to handle, and surprisingly powerful for an electric combo tool. The blower has plenty of power for clearing grass clippings, leaves, and debris, while the trimmer makes edging and cleanup quick and easy. Battery runtime has been solid for my regular yard work, and I love how easy it is to store compared to larger gas equipment. Great versatility and convenience—definitely a 5-star product.
Owner of mower shop convinced me to buy the battery combination. I have owned these 2 tools for over 2 years and I'm very happy with the products. I did purchase an extra 5.0 battery for the extra time it takes to complete my yard work. I have been very happy with the products and life of the batteries. Would absolutely recommend and purchase again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great combination of tools. Blower works great for those small clean up jobs. Also have a gas blower but only use it if starting it is worth the trouble. I also use the blower to dry off my car and truck after washing them. Only need one towel to finish the job, do windows and then rest of vehicle. Makes the drying off much easier. Gas trimmers seem to always be a pain to start. The Echo battery powered model has more than enough capability and is ready to go instantly. Less maintenance required too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a battery powered string trimmer and blower combination. Both work better than anticipated. I absolutely love the string trimmer. It replaced a gas model. Not having to pull the rope to start the gas trimmer is fantastic. Gas powered models never start easily, especially as they age. The battery powered trimmer is grab and go. Works as well as any gas model I have ever owned too. Have never had an issue with running out of charge. I mostly use the blower to dry my cars and truck after washing them. After a quick blow (works just like the automatic car wash) one towel is all I need for a quick dry. Occasionally I do not even do that and usually have a no spot finish. Also use the blower for the usual jobs, keeping the deck and driveway clear. I use a walk behind leaf blower to clear the majority of the leaves. Have over ten large maple trees on our lot. The blower is great for clean up job behind the walk behind leaf blower.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the weed eater for a Christmas gift from my kids. And it is a great machine. It's a beast when it comes to taking the weeds down. Found out in a hurry that you want to have safety glasses when using it to protect your eyes. it does throw everything it hits and takes down the weeds and edges with ease. A great machine and I love it. I got the blower the next xmas and it is great also. it really does the job of blowing out the garage and cleaning the driveway and sidewalk after mowing. Love it too. Sorry, don't have photos.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this echo product due replace a 20 year old echo gas weed eater. It's a good product but the battery at a full charge doesn't last long when you're weed eating around the house or a bigger property.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My lawn service was sold and the new owners didn't match the previous attention to detail, so I decided to start caring for my own yard. I bought an ECHO battery mower, trimmer, and blower even though I'd never used battery-powered equipment before. The difference has been great: quieter, no fumes, easier maintenance, and excellent performance. Lawn care is now manageable and even enjoyable, and I don't plan to go back to the old service or to gas tools. I'm happy to share which models I chose if you're interested.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this pack a few years ago, and I am glad that I did. No need for stale fuel for my short amount of trimming, and small amount of leaves.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this because of my trial with it last year in Louisville Kentucky at the Expo but my LED doesn't work it will change but you don't know how much power left
Received everything, but the battery would not charge and would not power weed wacker or blower. The battery was made in 2021, and it is now 2025. The worst part is that i had to hall it to fedex to return it.
