Best one I ever had!
I bought this last month and I'm glad because of the ratchet feature

Unusable - requires constant maintenance
wanted to like these. The bolt & nut that holds the scissors together comes loose constantly -- literally within 2 minutes of being tightened. The blades get bent and quickly and the ratchet mechanism is clunky and get's stuck between cogs. Unusable.
