Great machine. The 30cc motor takes down thick weeds with no hesitation. Ergonomically correct handles have minimal vibration. Coming in only two pounds heavier than the srm225 and way more power I'm glad I made the decision on the 3020. Great compression half pull and it starts everytime. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. A tool is meant to make your job easier and that's exactly what this does.

Crew reported the SRM 3020 is lighter and has high torque. Then when they produced a quote lower than our current trimmer's replacement, it was a done deal.

Excellent product starts up every time. Slightly heavy but it takes care of heavy jobs. Only thing that seems weird is the engine wiggles in the back and isnt tight like my 225's

I purchased the 3020 to replace my 17 year old trimmer which was a 32cc unit. The 3020 has more power than my old one blowing through heavy grass and weeds with ease and never bogging down. Running .105" Black Diamond. The added shaft length was welcomed. The Speed feed 450 head makes loading line easy. I did notice after an hour of running the unit my trigger finger and hand going numb from vibration. Not a big deal as I was probably holding the unit to tightly. I needed a trimmer to provide the power to cut just about anything I can through at it and the 3020 does this with ease. No regrets with this purchase, I highly recommend the 3020.

I bought this trimmer a month ago, it was my first echo product and I wasn't sure if I wanted Stihl or echo. Absolutely love this trimmer power is endless ergonomics are second to none and it outperforms any trimmer in its class. I was so happy I bought a SRM-2620 to go with and a PB2520. Only draw back is they seem to be cold natured

I bought this with one mission in mind. To control the massive weeds/grass growing on banks of a farm field run off creek I have in my back yard. By the time I got my hands on this beauty the weeds/grass was at least 3ft tall. The SRM-3020 went right through it. Fast and powerful. Definitely recommend.
