Not only a powerful leaf blower, but great for certain types of snow. My wife loves it also to clean the cars off instead of brushing the snow off & scratching the cars finish! We also have recently installed walkway with nice pavers and instead of scratching them up with a shovel, we use the leaf blower and it's done in no time! As always, make sure to wear eye protection and that nobody else is standing around close by when in use!
The ECHO DPB-2500 blower is a total game-changer—powerful, lightweight, and remarkably quiet, it makes yard cleanup a breeze (literally)! From dry leaves to stubborn debris, this blower handles it all with impressive force and ease. The variable speed control is intuitive, the ergonomics are top-notch, and the brushless motor delivers consistent, efficient performance. If you have a larger property, though, do yourself a favor and grab a second battery—once you experience how effortlessly this blower gets the job done, you'll want to keep going without interruption. An absolute must-have for serious homeowners!
Chose the Echo blower over others due to the lower decibels produced and previous experience with my Echo gas blower. The gas blower is still more powerful but so far the battery Echo blower is performing well for general lawn cleanup. Fall is the true test!
Its an awesome piece but the battery usage needs improvement..and should at least have a spare battery but over all its a pretty portable blower.its pretty strong for a battery operated tool .
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My PB 210 E quit working. I was disappointed that it only lasted 28 years but happy it lasted that long too. It needed a coil and the part had been discontinued. I wanted to get another Echo .blower however I was not sure if the newer gas ones would start as easy. Since it was 28 years ago my wife and I are also 28 years older! The new battery blower made sense, Echo makes equipment for the professional so I believe I made the right decision. I do not have to worry about having fuel, filling it with fuel the right mixture, fumes stains, etc. I am not saying that this was a bad thing, it is just easier than before
This blower is well balanced and not too heavy with the battery in place, and it has an adjustable throttle control to save from squeezing the trigger constantly. The volume of air is very good, although not quite as many CFMs on this model as others which was known before purchase and was not an issue. The battery run time is excellent and the turbo modes works fine. I can recommend this blower and it has the quality feel of other Echo tools I own.
Great product with durability but not having to sacrifice weight to make it too light or too heavy. Blower does an exceptional job with blowing any kind of leaf, grass, pebble, rock, and other object with ease without having to be too loud. An excellent feature that the Echo DPB-2500 Blower has is a Turbo button for faster more efficient work and an adjustable throttle.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice blower. More air volume than my gas Echo PB-250 but the 250 has a higher nozzle velocity so can dig out the trapped leaves and debris better. I have the big (heavy) battery that lasts about 30 min. I generally have to break out the PB-250 to finish the job. It is substantially quieter than the 250 so I don't need to use earmuffs. It is also nice to just pick it up and go rather than prime/choke/pull to start. My PB-250 is about ten years old and is the best gas blower that I have owned.
We like our new Echo battery powered blower. It's light and has a variable wind speed which is nice if you're in close quarters. We gave it a "4-Star" rating because it seems that the battery goes down quicker than we thought it should. But on the upside, it does recharge quickly.
I could not use the blower because it did not come with a battery or charger, I had no idea what a "bare tool" was; you should explain it does not come with a battery and charger, I had to return it because you do not sell a charger separately, I could buy a battery but what good does that do without a charging station. I think you should say "Battery and charging station not included" for us that don't know what a bare tool is.
