Excellent product broiled. Just the right amount of Cajun spice, flavor and texture; solid and not on the loosely packed side like some of the other sausage products I've tried. Less expensive as well. Would no doubt work well with jambalaya or in a gumbo.

Learned something new from my son.
Fried up in skillet and smothered in spaghetti sauce serve with noodles is how my son and his family like it. I was skeptical until I tried it. Now I crave it. So good and so easy.

Eckrich Andouille sausage is my favorite. It has less sodium than any other Eckrich sausage. I usually cook it in my air fryer.

It's good
It's good, I do like it but prefer another brand for that extra kick. If you don't like the extra kick then this is perfect for you. It does have a nice flavor

nothing but a spicy cheap hot dog
I thought I would give this andouille a try. I put it in Jambalaya and my family thought I had put cheap spicy hot dogs in it. Eckrich needs to go to Jacob's andouille in LaPlace Louisiana to get some real andouille
