I don't know why Akeridge is taking the casings off of most of their sausages, but as far as I'm concerned, it's a really bad mistake.

great taste and love the snap
This makes a quick cheap meal, i slice these up and fry em, then cook egg noodles and mix in cream of chicken soup then add the sausages to the top of the noodles. Kids love it

Great barbecued or baked with sauerkraut.
It usually tastes good. This month I got one that was rancid . Walmart refunded it.

Short changed on weight in packaged
It is a good product taste great but it keeps getting smaller and smaller I'm tired of these products all trying to act like price is not going up bye putting less in the package everything is doing 32 oz now 30 oz or less 64 oz down to 46oz or 48oz it's so stupid we the people do notice this

I originally ordered skinless. They were out so they substituted for this. The person picked out the smallest one of course too, but it tasted different than what I normally buy and the skin was nasty
