Eclectic Herb Freeze Dried, Hops, 200 mg, 90 Veg Caps

I've been using Eclectic Herbs for years because I trust their quality and organic herbs for their simplicity and no fillers. I use Hops for sleep support and break open the capsule in my tea along with other herbs. so far its working and you can tell the quality is fresh when you break open the capsules

They're light green medium/small caps with a earthy green herbal fragrance. I cannot help but think of beer each time I take one, and just one, half an hour before bed is effective in helping me WANT to go to sleep. The serving suggestion allows 2 or 3 but I have only ever taken one at a time and on really stubborn nights I follow up with melatonin 2mg which together is like a one way ticket to slumberland. Please note that I don't suffer from traditional insomnia but sometimes my motivation to switch off my brain and get into bed is just not there. Organic source is a bonus. Everyone is different but I would recommend to at least give these a try if you have the same issue as me.

I've been using this with melatonin 3mg if an evening and take just one capsule unless I wake too early then I usually take an extra Hops capsule straight away and sleep soundly for a healthy, full night's sleep. Really amazed at how well they work as I've been using medicinal cannabis (due to multiple chronic illness & pain) which is quite pricey and I'm unable to drive with that in my system so this is a fantastic alternative.

I like this product. It has a nice sweet herb aroma as you are swallowing it. Doesn't upset my sensitive stomach. I read in the Journal of Immunology that it can help stimulate the vagal nerve, which is highly involved in the immune process, specifically turning down inflammatory eicosanoids. This is the title of the study: "Cutting Edge: Human Vagus Produces Specialized Proresolving Mediators of Inflammation with Electrical Stimulation Reducing Proinflammatory Eicosanoids"

I purchased this product after reading research on hops lowering autoimmune activity. Have recently started talking it and am not experiencing any side effects. The calming effect on the nervous system is a bonus. Love this brand because the capsules don't contain any fillers. Will repurchase

I purchased this product to support my menopausal symptoms. The capsules are freeze-dried to preserve the plant's nutrients, and I appreciate that they are alcohol-free and free from fillers. I haven't started taking them yet, but I look forward to trying them soon. I trust Eclectic Herb for their quality and purity.

Hops is used for anxiety, inability to sleep (insomnia) and other sleep disorders, restlessness, tension, excitability, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), nervousness, and irritability.

It is what it says it is. The taste is quite bitter of course but it seems to work a little as sedative.

This product is labeled Non GMO, Vegan, No fillers, gluten free and Raw food. It is also superior in its' quality because it is a freeze dried method that is used to process the hops. Those qualities are why I purchased it however; for me, it lacks a main component which is relaxation and that effect is very minimal.
