Eclectic Herb Milk Thistle Extract 2 oz Liquid

This liquid extract is potent and effective for liver health. The taste is quite bitter, but that's expected from milk thistle. I usually mix it with juice to mask the flavor. Good packaging, the dropper makes it easy to measure and take. Great supplement.

I bought this product because it is very natural without any other additional ingredients. Nothing to harm. Size is very good, product itself is very good quality.

I like liquids because they are more bioavailalbe (more quicly and easily absorbed by the body because the molecular structure is smaller).

We've tried different brands of milk thistle. There are a couple of other ones that are as good, if not even more potent, than this one, but they're considerably more expensive. We tried another one that costs less than this one, but it was very weak. So we've stuck to this one as a good product at a good price point.

Great brand and very sufficient dose of milk thistle, I put the water in my mouth first and just squeeze the milk thistle in my mouth and swallow. Milk thistle has been shown to boost glutathione levels which is very good for the liver, this is s brand I trust.

Also tinctures allow for maximum absorption.

Milk Thistle is very well know for its properties regarding cleaning the blood and liver. Alcohol might be here used to extract the alcohol soluble compounds. So I like that in this product since includes both the alcohol- and water-soluble compounds.

I give it to my dogs who are reaching old age. Old dogs usually have liver issues and milk thistle is a good ingredient for them. It's also recommended by my vet too. One thing I'm not happy with is that it's not alcohol free which may be harmful to dogs but I guess a small amount may not be significant.

Good brand that works hard to get good ingredients. The quality seems good and milk thistle helps liver. Though there seems to be some new research saying it may not be that great. The packaging is good in dark glass. Just double check benefits with more recent research. Better to check.
