nettle root
it seem to be working. I have no complaints. I liked it.

I buy Freeze-Dried when available.
It was advised that I take nettle root extract to improve male hormone balancing. It has been shown to slow down the conversion of testosterone to DHT. The future will tell how effect that really is. I bought this brand because it uses freeze-drying which I know preserves the nutritional strength better than other drying methods.

Very Helpful
I've been using this nettle product for about 2 years with great results. Tried other cheaper nettle extracts, but they didn't work nearly as well. The freeze-drying process seems to really make the difference!
