I have tried two other curtain sets(not from Walmart) for my sliding glass doors and didn't like either of them. My niece had some nice curtains in her home. I asked where she got them and she said she bought at Walmart and loved them. I decided to look there and found these. I love them!!
A little pricey compared to other curtains but this one is true thermal and blackout. I put it over my bay window and it took 3 panels but it keeps heat in and cold and light out. It is also light enough to go on a regular curtain rod with no center piece and not make it sag
A bit smelly at first. Opened them a little bit at a time and let them air out slowly. Someone said you could see through the curtain and it was only like 80%, so I just kept the old curtains up underneath them. Haha did the trick perfectly. Now they are 100% blackout. I got the white 63”, and they look nice
Mamy choices to choose from, i got for blocking from seeing light from outaide and you can not tell if i have lights on if outside. i got 2 panels of beige, the one side is a darker color ajd material, both sides nice material. Not heavy. if with the end with holes they glide easily w either curtain rods. and if using the other end, also glide easy. i like these a lot
These are a nice quality and good thickness for black out curtains- no light shows through. They slide great on the rod no problem. The fabric is on the stiffer side so can hold shape (but also wrinkles- had to iron out a few times) but honestly overall great product! definitely recommend!
Very pleased with this purchase, they’re exactly what I was expecting them to be. And it blocks out the sun. Visitors who come over say they like it too, and is going to purchased them as I have. Thank you, Wal-mart.
Love this 2pak of blk out panels Only hung one the room cooler next morning! And took all of 2secs to hang with large grommet holes and a cheap ext rod. Perfect!! My kind of Easy!
Eclipse used to be a good brand as far as the 100% blackout curtains, however the material seems to be very thin on these curtains unfortunately. I also bought the white ones and those are also very thin. My regret is ordering these online and not going to the store myself to feel the quality. Lesson learned.
The length of the curtains is not consistent. I bought 2 sets for a total of 4 panels and the longest panel is 2 inches longer than the shortest panel. Even the panels that came together in a set are not the same length. The bottom of each curtain is also not cut straight, they are very crooked.
If you're looking for WHITE blackout curtains as these were described, DON'T buy these!! They are definitely more beige/cream--maybe due to the gray backing material? Why not put white backing material?! They didn't go with the white wood blinds, white bedspread, white rug they were meant to match. VERY misleading--returned.
