Great purchase
I have had the thermostat for a few weeks, and it is doing well. It has learned the house patterns, and it feels more comfortable. I live at the beach, and between 4 and 6 PM, the house is at its weakest cooling ability. The learning has helped it adjust, and we are very comfortable, instead of complaining. I did add sensors so that it averages the temp through the house. In my opinion, that is the golden ticket. I have added the door sensors and doorbell camera. Everything plays well with Apple.
Just don't order install because they can't provide it
I love that you can regulate on the phone and the sensors.
Easy to install—eat readout and operation.
I've had this product for 3 weeks so far and it was so easy to set up. It is compatible with my smart Apple Home app. The interface looks extremely pleasing to the eye. I would definitely recommend. Great product.
This is my second thermostat. I've been very pleased with the first one so I am confident I'll be happy with this one. I did have a little trouble installing it but I called the customer service and they were excellent. I got things straightened out and it works beautifully.
I didn't open it, my old one was still under warranty
Installation instructions are pretty good but operating instructions leave a lot to be desired. The thermostats are good looking.
Temperature is out of control. Difficult to reset I think it's a dud. I have medical issues that requires the temperature stay in the 70 to 75 range and this thermostat cannot control to that
