It does what it says at a really good price. I have had one before that was very expensive and did a.lot more. This will not do my laundry or cut my hair, but it does not offer to do so. Point is simply that it has great results.with little effort but is not a 500 machine. Coffee is an odd animal and very personal in my opinion, so this machine might not be to your standards, where someone else won't care past the coffee being used lol. That being said, it has great pressure, I can get a great press and cup as a result. The milk mixture also works great for me, producing expected and consistent results. I can recommend this ez as a great machine for anyone on the amateur to semi pro side. If you can't except results less than Starbucks, you need the 500 dollar machine

Alright I'm going to be honest with you, I've never made a cup of espresso before. The last 15 years of my life I've been making drip coffee and the occassional pods. I've always wanted a good cup of espresso with some milk ever since I tried the espresso %26 cream cans of Starbucks. The design on this machine is very minimal, and takes very little space. Making my first cup was a little tricky as I made the coffee grounds too fine and it didn't output properly. Once I got the hang of it though, oh my gosh it tasted so good. I don't care if it's an ametuer cup of espresso, it was delicious! The milk came out nice and hot, and the flavor was phenomenal right out of the box. The ease of use is amazing. Tomorrow, I will try cleaning. Overall, great product for a great price and excellent for begginners. For the record, I made a cappucino and a latte.

This machine does take a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, you'll be enjoying delicious drinks in no time. Be sure to read the instructions carefully—they're clear and easy to follow. This espresso maker is beautiful, a nice quality machine. The drawback for me, is the pricepoint and the sheer amount of pieces it came with - Im a bit overwhelmed. The instruction manual has labeled everything nicely, but it isnt clear on where - or how - it all fits together. That said, oh my goodness the espresso was amazing. Worth the effort!!

I really like the cappuccino machine,I was worried that it would be complicated to use but it was pretty easy because of the touch screen . I was able to select what I was making and then push the item and that was it. Great for a first time coffee maker like myself.

I like this digital espresso machine and it arrived with many various accessories to use with the machine. The addition of the milk frother, saves time. No need for an additional milk frother or various electric or manual milk frother. Personally, I am not much for espressos but I have friends that are. This machine makes it very handy when welcoming guests. I do drink a lot of coffee and I appreciate a good cappuccino. I like the professional appearance and ease of use. The color touchscreen is cool too.

I love this machine! It is so easy to use and it has buttons for latte, cappuccino, espresso. Plus the milk is in a separate container and you can use that with or without making espresso just to have frothy milk with hot chocolate or something else. It also can use espresso pods with the other attachment. Very easy to use, I love it!

This is a little bit tricky to figure out, and honestly, the directions are not super clear either. I guess maybe it could be a user error, but the back of it kept leaking on both sides every single time I tried to make a single espresso and then it wouldn't ever make it . I read directions specifically and they just they are not that direct. It doesn't tell you exactly how to insert the filter spout in, It's unclear to me how the water is even getting into the tank because you don't really connect anything except for the frother. It just says that there's a lock and unlocked position and you have no idea if you're forcing it or if it's supposed to have some resistance, it's just kind of confusing. It looks really nice and I love how compact it is. I'm hoping that the more that we use it that it is easier to use. I'm hoping that we don't get a defective model because it is leaking on both sides and it keeps raising in the back where the water tank is. I'm going to try to see if there's any YouTube videos or see if my husband will have better luck trying to use it but so far I have had no luck which is so disappointing because I was really excited about this. I'm going to keep trying because I love that it's touchscreen and how compact it is!
