Love this kind of ice and it's very quiet.
Item as described. Works great.
Same ice as my $650 GE Opal 2.0 Ice Maker that stopped working completely after 2 years. The only set back is the ice container is a tad bit small... but for apples to apples nugget ice basically 1/2 price with a 4 year warranty from Walmart, I'm great!
Please do not buy this, and especially not from this seller. The customer service is horrendous. Ecojoy had the nerve to tell me that my leaking ice-maker that was soaking my countertop daily was due to prolonged use and is just a bit of condensation. Prolonged use is apparently less than 2 months of use. They tried to offer me $50 and refused a replacement.
I've had this machine 4 days first few days were fine then yesterday the ice was not fully forming so I left it unplugged overnight and it made good ice for most of the day today then began to make a very loud grinding or squealing noise in the middle of its cycle I defrosted it again and it started up fine made a handful of ice and the noise started again.worst $300 dollars I've ever spent .Do Not Buy
