I've been using this product for a month now. My dog has degenerative myelopathy, and I'm hoping that this product will slow the progression of this horrendous disease. Not seeing any appreciable signs that it is helping, but I will continue to use this product until it the bottle is empty and then decide whether to invest in more.

I have received my sphingolin about a month ago and I still cannot see the difference. But there are no side effects for sure. Delivery was fast and efficient. The product was well packed. I only started taking it couple of weeks ago so I can't really comment on the effects but the pills are easy to swallow and do not have any taste. All in all I am happy with the product and only time will tell how good they are.

Having also taken additional remedies, it makes it difficult to truly know if it's helped, but given my neurological issues that have developed even after years of taking it, it may not have. I know the ingredients listed are good.

it may surprise you to know that this supplement is from cow brains lol it has a little bit of a small to it but isn't bad, I was labelled with MS and take this to help re-grow myelin, I can't say for sure if this alone does just that as I do many things with this goal but I have been stable without meds for over 2 years and my last MRI did show some of my lesions either shrunk or disappeared. I did have a new lesion too but definitely more healing than new damage. I wish it was a little more affordable but it is a quality product so still worth it.
