Works great but it is warping in the middle. I think they all do that. I've bought different types of griddles and same result

I particularly love the size which fills the whole square of the stove top and the weight which is really light. I've cooked a few things on it so far including a turkey burger patty and eggs, both of which have turned out well.

Made breakfast in it yesterday and did not use butter or oil to cook the eggs. They were great. And clean up was a breeze. Love the hammered copper color on the outside of the pan. Great product for the price.

Good size pan, like the higher edge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really nice addition to the kitchen. Elegant hammered-copper look, and an excellent tool for pancakes and tortillas. It's non-stick and therefore very easy to clean. I've seen some comments that the center of the pan is slightly elevated, but I didn't notice that with mine. Try pouring some oil in the skillet and see if it runs to the edges just to ensure it's level. Anyways, great product, but one star off because one corner was slightly folded in on arrival - packaging may not be adequate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice looking pan. The hammered copper looks wonderful. I was surprised at how good It cooks everything evenly over the whole surface of the pan. It has a nice non stick surface, and being dishwasher safe is a nice plus.
