The hammered copper design is beautiful, the non-stick is excellent, the weight is good for me, not too heavy but not at all flimsy. The handles are comfortable. I love the 3 quart saute pan - great for stir fry meals.

I have been able to successfully cook a variety of things without worrying about sticking and burning such as eggs which is something we fix daily. These cookers are well built and built to last after wash and daily use.

The pans have a good weight to them and the hammered copper is a nice cosmetic change to standard copper. The non stick works quite well and provides easy clean up. The set comes with two deep skillets that are ideal for spanish rice or uses for frying. The lids fit tightly as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to receive the Ecolution 10 piece cooking set, as my set was at least 10 years old. The design and ascetic look is very modern and easy to use. It is non-stick which is fantastic for healthier eating because you do not need as much oil or butter to keep the food from sticking to the pots and pans. It is very easy to wash and is dishwasher safe which is a huge bonus for someone who does not have a lot of time for scrubbing dishes. The Riveted stainless steel handles provide a safe and confident grip when you are cooking and transferring pots of pans. The handles also do not get overly hot when cooking. I am very happy with the set and thinking about purchasing for a family member for Christmas gift. The set is not extremely heavy to move around either.

The only downer I do not lime is the handles are not completely covered. Just the middle of the handle has the covering so exposed metal on the rest of the handle. You have to watch grabbing the handle because you'll burn your fingers....like I did. Other than the handle issue, this cookware is fabulous!!!
