I can't walk this is easy for me to put on and to get extra strengths build up and faster ways then just using the weight of my leg alone but it's not overpowering and it doesn't cause me pain this is a very good worthwhile piece of equipment and it wasn't very expensive which is also good for seniors that are using exercise equipment to help keep them useful and not deteriorate as fast as they would if they didn't use it at all
Lov Lov Lov these 3lb ankle wts..fit so comfortably, I recently fractured my 🦵 leg %26 works perfectly for my PT workouts. Thanku Walmart for an excellent product
i ordered this ankle weight to do exercises at home like at physical therapy to make my knee stronger
Very Durable has plenty of extra legnth. Easy to put on. Great value for the money Very pleased with the quality, would recommemend!
I like the arm weight a lot. I have muscle atrophy in my arm and use it for strengthening my muscles.
I just recommend that you put more Velcro so that you have the flexibility to adjust depending the size of you legs
the weight n design was so much better than sandbags that leak. they are easy to put on n off n comfortable. very happy customer
I used 1 lb. weights on my ankles when I had physical therapy. So, since I have to do my exercises at home too, I bought the same weights. But these weights feel lighter than the ones I used at PT, plus they swish when you walk with them on which I find annoying. Also, they are too big for my ankles. Apparently, they must have different lengths. These have Velcro fasteners. So, if you have small ankles, I do not recommend them. Try a better brand.
Cuff as well, mate however, the Velcro strap is too long, not enough Velcro to adhere it without it being loose, which makes it dangerous in standing is control over cutting. It will help, but then it caused frying on the end of the Velcro. It would be a great weight if they added a few more Velcro adhesive so the strap wasn't hanging loose.
These are easy to use. Somehow I missed that it was only 1 weight. Every other wrist weight comes in pairs. Easy to put on. Smaller design is nice.
