Delivery fee
Would like to know why on my payment there is a 6.99 delivery free when I should have no fee. Is this taken off before payment is made? Thanks Jeff

defective and not working - MFG issue I think
I bought the 2 pack and they were defective. The Cotton String interfered with the mating of the Top and Lower connection/Surface area's which caused the filter to fail and bypass sediment.
