No instructions
It is not very user friendly and it had no instructions in English. Very frustrating. It was even hard to find instructions on-line.

works good
it is off by 4°-5° you i recommend have another thermometer inside to help get get the actual temp. set it to 103° to get 99°. other than that its help controll run away temperatures before it jump up and down from 80° to 130°
