The larger roller end is very smooth and nice. The smaller end is not smooth and has a metal “tingling” sound when using as the plastic plug insert that holds roller in place pops out. My guess is Jade was drilled a bit too big .(I have tried to pop back in) Large end make for a nice Zen type experience but other not. Way the other 3 “plugs” are in place I’m sure mine is a fluke in craftsmanship.

I’ve been using the EcoTools Jade Roller for a few weeks and really like it. It’s simple, but it’s become part of my daily routine. Chilled from the freezer, it feels great and helps reduce puffiness, especially around the eyes in the morning. I also add light pressure and roll my jawline and neck to increase circulation. At night, I use it with my serums and moisturizers for a relaxing way to end the day. Overall, my face feels and looks better. It’s an easy, low-effort upgrade to my skincare routine that I should’ve got sooner.

Bought this for 84 yo mom... she doesn't like it much so I am keeping it. I like it, feels great for sinus headache! But the biggest roller does not roll easily. I think its defective.

It was perfect until I opened package. Sadly it was broke in 2 pieces.

The rollers don’t roll. Don’t bother with this. Not expensive but a complete waste of money nonetheless.
