We love our new bikes. My husband and I have taken them out everyday since we got them. They have a lot of power. Very easy to ride and make your ride much more fun when you don't want to pedal. They hold a charge well. I have had mine up to 21 miles an hour. Please wear a helmet! The longest ride we took them on was 19 miles and we had 2 bars let. You can't beat the price for this bike. So glad we bought them.
This bike is amazing goes through and over everything u can think of. mud, snow, sand, dirt, gravel, and pavement. it is really fast a very easy to build takes 30mins shipping is very fast got the bike in 2 days. everything about this bike is amazing. fyi not a good bike for short people i am 6'5 and my feet barely touches the ground with seat fully lowered.
in from NYC i rode to NJ nice ride battery last all day
I ordered the bike for my wife and she hasn't had a chance to ride it yet. That being said I received it incredibly fast in just a few days. It's pretty easy to assemble it did come with a wrench to take off a protective block on the front forks (it was a 15 but it took a 12) the instructions leave a little to be desired. They are accurate but could be more substantial. Anybody who has assembled anything knows that is nothing unusual. So far so good time will tell.
I did a lot of research on this bike and the parts used on the bike before buying. I compared it to other companies and thought this would be a great starter bike for the price. Shipping was fast and bike was easy to assemble. Customer service has not been the fastest on one of the issues I have had so far with the bike even though it was a small problem the response could be faster.
The price of this wonderful machine is good. Could it be better, absolutely. Overall, I love this product - it performs great in the city and in the country. I use it quite often (4-5 Days/wk). I the power is . I do recommend purchasing a second more powerful battery, l've purchased accessories for it as well as Insurance. (State Farm runs about $15/month). putting an AirTag or registering it with your local sheriffs department (in case it gets stolen or vandalized), and buy a heavy duty bike rack big enough to hold 60 pounds or more.
Did not come with real instructions. The instructional manual told you what to do but not how to do it. For instance, it told you to put the wheel on, but failed to mention that there were arrows on the tire to guide you on which direction to place it.
Great platform for having a good ebike to ride. The power is enough to help, yet encourages you to fearlessly get out and ride. After twenty plus years, I'm riding to work in hilly country, foot hills in the Rockies. It's dry, high desert, but occasional rain means being careful when it's wet out. I haven't had a problem, but the battery doesn't “seal” to the mounting plate, and the controller is not easily removable. The company suggests parking the bike out of the rain and having it dry at the start of each ride, from e-mails with them. The range is more than sufficient for my uses, PAS 0, 1, 2 are my most frequent settings with zero becoming more and more used. I added a rear rack, fenders, and upgraded the bars to fit me better. Tire pressures work best under ten psi, six and eight currently and the bike on trails (mild) has a solid and comfortable ride. I don't have a picture with the wren rack yet, but I will try to add one later.
Not what i expected. I paid about a 1000 dollars for a bike that has no brakes. tried getting it fixed but can't find anyone who does work on these type of brakes. The warranty is a sham because they send you parts and tell you put it on yourself like you know what your doing. i put yhem on, still had no brakes and fell and fractured my elbow and was out of work for 6 months. i never buy from this company again. looking forward to selling this bike.
When the unit was received it was not operating at all. The battery doesn't charge. This bike has been built and taken apart placed back into its original packaging and fake trade is requesting dumb stuff such as sending a video of it not operating. I'm still with my refund timeframe and expect to get a refund or replacement unit. The service is horrible.
