It maybe a small heater but it puts out a lot of heat! It also functions properly and it's a good quality heater. And the best part about it besides good heat is that it has a remote you don't have to get up and down to control the settings! Overall we really are enjoying the heater. So don't ever let the size fool you!

Item appeared factory packed and sealed. Item came missing critical components, namely the remote control necessary to operate the item and any sort of product information date sheet or operating instruction. Phoned brand company service number as printed/indicated on box exterior. Was told by brand representative that they only provide after purchase warranty service on units purchased through Amazon.com. This policy is not indicated anywhere on box or in item description on which item purchase was based. Very frustrating purchase support situation. Recommend others not purchase this item to avoid incomplete product issues and poor brand service/support.
