Second Deebot I've owned in 5-6 years. Followed mfg directions to keep it clean and ran like a charm. Named it Lucy, this is Lucy 2.0 I have not set her up yet. However, as this model has 3x suction power and I keep my commitment of servicing it I expect better things. Like most things if I take care of it, it will give me good service. Best bot on market , over roomba. Had both ,Lucy outshined two different models. Lucy 1.0 is still running and cleaning however the battery is wearing. Great product. Kudos to mfg and merchant. Thank you

This is a must for anyone that wants a stress free cleaning experience. The robot picks up things from the floor with precision and communicates when there is an issue like it is tangled in something. Hair is easy to remove from the roller unlike other brands. I am very impressed with this product.

Replaced the t8 that was 4.5 years old, failing battery, and drive wheel error with the new n20 and couldn't be happier, plug and play! The dog loved the old one, it had teeth marks all over it and she's just as interested in the new one.

After years of spending time and effort to do menial cleaning of the same rooms, I have thought that there had to be a better way. Ever since I got this robot vacuum cleaner I have not had to worry about this persistent chore. Setup was super easy and just as expected, nothing complicated. I feel like getting one of these can be lifechanging for people who like hands free home automation since this is so plug and play, with very little maintainence. The mopping and self cleaning features really blew my expectations out of the water, especially with how meticulous the automated assistant is. The noise isnt very loud at all, and watching it work makes me wonder why I didnt buy one of these sooner.

I bought this for my mom's birthday and set it up for her as a surprise. The app was easy to use and pretty self explanatory. I mapped the rooms I wanted cleaned and filled it with water (will be buying floor cleaner soon to add) and started it up. Within 30 minutes I had vacuumed and mopped the floors. I set up the app so it would do vacuuming daily, mop every other day with a deep cleaning on Wednesday. A week later I asked her how she liked it and she complained it never worked. So I looked at the app, saw the history of it running and asked if she was still sleeping at 9am (when it was set to run), she sheepishly smiled and said maybe. I asked were her floors dirty? Nope. Then it worked while she was “resting her eyes”. lol. So it's like a secret ninja vac/mop secretly cleaning her house without bothering her. I may have to get one for my house but I can just see my cats riding in like the videos. I love how it self cleans the mop heads and you can see it actually mops while vacuuming. Well worth it! I have a video of it cleaning the mop heads on the machine and then vacuuming and mopping however, I can't upload it for some reason here so I just took a screen grab showing the essential parts. How it navigates around certain objects and all the different programming that you can do on the app too.

I had the N7 model which lasted a little over two years. I think the battery was no longer able to hold the charge. It was my first experience with a robotic vacuum. Loved it. This N20 I just bought is even better. It travels areas the N7 had trouble negotiating.

I like the way pick up hair, in my case, I loosing hair because a thyroid problem and it is very useful the way every done clean. I think it should have an option to scan just one room if something change for a decoration, for example, instead of scan the whole house again.

i like that im able to trust it (ie can set it to run qnd clean certain areas and it will). it does avoid objects bc it makes it back to its base every time. i do have to change the water every 2 days or so, and probably clean out the brush roll at least daily. but thats due to my use. your experience may vary. I would not call it quiet though

Robor works great in open spaces, has some trouble with small areas. It takes a while to understand the app, but once you understand it the ease of room selection is good. The battery has a short life for large areas, however the connection to the base works very good.

First Vaccum robot we've used and we tried every setting, re-mapping, etc. Robot has issues returning to base even with cleaning sensors. Does not leave rugs clean even on strongest suction. Leaves Little piles of dirt all around edges of area rugs. Our conclusion is that a human with a cheaper upright Vaccum can do a much better job, much more quickly.
