I am already loving the Ecozy Chillio Countertop Ice Maker. I started by running the self-cleaning cycle, then drained the water using the plug on the bottom before making my first batch of ice. The entire process was simple and easy to follow. I made the small bullet-shaped ice cubes first and will probably use that size most often since I mainly purchased this to keep ice on hand for my morning iced coffee. It does take some time to work through a full tank of water, but adding water and starting the machine is very easy. It also makes enough ice for several uses before I need to make more. The only downside so far is that the machine does not keep the finished ice frozen. The basket needs to be emptied regularly, or the cubes begin melting and dripping back into the water tank. I left the first batch inside for about 45 minutes, and the cubes on the bottom had already started to melt. Having to empty it after nearly every batch of nine cubes can be inconvenient. Aside from that, this is a great purchase that I expect to use quite often.

I love how quick you can have ice with this machine. It makes 9 in 6 minutes. So it gets full in little over an hour when I made the small ones. It's self cleaning and lets you know when the ice machine needs water or the basket is full. It also is pretty quick like it claims.

This countertop ice maker is compact, well-built, and very easy to operate. It starts producing ice quickly, making it perfect for daily use, parties, or keeping drinks cold during hot weather. The controls are straightforward, and the portable design makes it easy to move wherever it's needed. It runs efficiently and is a convenient addition to the kitchen. Overall, a reliable and useful appliance.

I love the new ice machine. It comes in very handy for small gatherings and parties. Now I don't have to go and buy bags of ice, which is like costing a little more nowadays, so I'm getting a new icemaker. It really helps me if I need something cold in a short period of time. It would also be good for helping me make blended drinks during the summer, so thank you.

I was really impressed with this ice maker. It's very heavy and well made, we had one in the past that was lightweight and cheaply made…it didn't last long. The set up was easy, but I misunderstood the cleaning instructions and opened the bottom before it was finished and had to start again :) You get approximately a scoop of ice about every 8 mins. There's a picture of my daughter holding a cube, for reference, the cube was made on the Large setting and she's 8, so she has small hands. The tank holds a little less than a quart of water, the ice is crunchy and fits perfectly in water bottles (YAY). This is GREAT for entertaining. I LOVE that it came with 3 ice bags so you have them already in your deep freezer and you no longer have to send someone out for a bag of ice, when you have unexpected guests. In all this is a nice little machine, it's working great. The only noice is when the ice drops into the basket, other than that it's very quiet.

I'm just putting it through it's paces. It's taken roughly 2 hours to get a full load of ice using the small cube maker part. It runs very quietly. I'm hooking it up to a power inverter that's hooked up to a car battery. Very proficient.

This countertop ice maker came well packaged. It was easy to get it set up and going and as you can see from pics it's doing its job and doing it well!

What an awesome ice maker! As a nugget ice connoisseur, this little machine is a great one! It’s really easy to use, not too noisy, and most importantly, makes the BEST, CRUNCHY NUGGET ICE!! I love the more compact design, as it reduces the amount of counter space it takes, and I also like the pull-out ice drawer. I also appreciate that the light automatically turns off after a period of time. It even comes with a TDS meter, which tests the water you’re using. High TDS levels affect the ice quality and even the noise level of the machine (who knew?)….Apparently, keeping the TDS level below 200 keeps the machine quieter and the ice texture better, and I am all about perfect nugget ice texture! As machines go, this is a really good one, especially for the price. Love, love, love!! :)

Compact, quiet, fast. Love how the bullets are not too big or small even the there are two sizes.
