The item arrived on time and in good packaging. My wife and I decided to purchase this ice maker because the ice maker in our refrigerator constantly freezes up. Even after we thaw it out, the water lines remain frozen, and we end up without ice for about a month. We purchased this countertop ice maker and have been very impressed. I expected it to take forever to produce just a small amount of ice, but it is surprisingly fast—it fills the bin much quicker than I ever anticipated. The setup is easy to follow, and it produces very nice, uniformly shaped cubes. I'm not a fan of freezer bags, so I use a nice ice holder and scoop instead. I simply make enough ice to fill the holder (takes about 30 minutes), then turn off the machine. I've only made the small cube size so far and haven't tried the large. I love having this product. It makes ice reasonably fast. I recommend transferring the ice to the freezer afterward—it does get dirty easily, but it's pretty simple to clean. The machine has a self-cleaning function where you can run ice cleaner or vinegar through it a few times. If you use vinegar or similar cleaners, I recommend running fresh water through afterward so it doesn't affect the taste. It can be a little noisy, but not too bad. It's somewhat large, so if you don't have much counter space, that's something to consider—but in my opinion, it's well worth it.

machine is fast and quite and makes the good crunchy ice that everyone likes if your looking for that type of ice this is the one . app control useful for my apartment can check everything remote from the balcony without walking over to it

I love this nugget ice maker! 🧊🧊🧊 It is NOT loud at all. I read through the instructions and only use filtered water (it will be a lower TDS - the instructions explain that higher TDS may result in poor ice production %26 possibly louder noise from the machine). I love that it has… • the self cleaning feature (which I run every 2-3 days, then drain the water out from the drain plug on the bottom), • the app for controlling the ice machine (I've shared a photo from the app, my TDS is high because I don't have my machine on right now, I don't know why it does that 😆), • it has refrigeration to keep the nuggets cold as long as it can, • and it's so easy to use and clean! Oh and it looks slick 😎 I use it nearly every day and have had zero issues. It does put off some heat from the fan, so you'll want to make sure the fan side isn't next to things you don't want getting hot (the fan is on the right side of the machine). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The ice maker has been working great. It's exactly what we wanted, and the cleaning is very easy. The ice stays cold and doesn't melt immediately once it's available in the storage tray.

Best ice maker we have owned and we've had a few. Makes a lot of ice fast, has a TDS monitor for water quality and even tells you when it needs cleaned. You can setup schedules on the app for run times for making ice.

The ice machine was a bit pricey. But it works really great and easy to set up. It is a bit noisy, but I'm able to deal with it. I've only been using it for two weeks but so far so good.
