I used to have a different nugget ice maker but you had to lift the lid, scoop the ice, etc. This one a step up from that because it is an actual dispenser. Makes ice quickly, looks nice on the counter.

My refrigerator ice maker stopped working recently and I was subject to purchasing ice on a daily basis as the summer temperatures are soaring to triple digits in the southwest. A friend suggested that I look into a countertop ice maker. After studying features and options of a plethora of devices at Walmart.com, I purchased the Ecozy Chillio Nugget Ice Maker for it's ability to make up to 40 lbs a day and it's ease to use. After the simple unpacking and setup on the counter, I was producing ice in just a few minutes. You do need to dispense the ice and store in your freezer in a supplied bag. I now have plenty of ice for my family and friends to join me in an icy beverage to cool and refresh our daily needs.

Best tasting crunchy ice dispenser ever. It's quiet, good design, more than enough capacity for Stanley cups, iced coffee, lemonade, sodas for multiple people. Makes ice really fast and tastes amazing. Use filtered water and you will never use stinky fridge ice again. Highly recommend this ice maker.

Ecozy Ice Maker is easy to use and i just love the dispenser. I have another style ice maker for the downstairs and you have to scoop out the ice. The dispenser makes it easier for everyone to use and makes the ice rather quickly. I would definitely recommend for those looking for a touchless style ice maker

Everyone knows Nugget Ice is the best, but this auto nugget ice dispenser is just awesome. Super easy to setup, it is actually very compact and the best part of all is the auto dispenser. You don't have to worry about anything contaminating your delicious nugget ice with this machine. Everything is completely sealed up and no scoop needed and ice is ready in less than 10 minutes after filling the water tank! Simple to clean and it's not too noisy either. If I had to suggest something to improve, I would say include a child lock ( I have small kids that love to play with anything on the counter) and the display could be a little hard to read, but once you get to know how to use it after a couple times, its so simple you don't really need to read the icons in the display.

Works great and as advertised. The ice can melt in the machine if you don't take it out immediately, but it takes a little bit and the water just falls back into the machine to be frozen again, so it isn't a problem. excellent design and dispenser.

This ice machine is great for making protein shakes. I like how the ice nuggets are very small and chewable. I feel the ice lasts a while as well while in the drink without melting.

Works great and is sized perfectly for the counter. We have had one in the past that took up too much space. This one is the perfect size!

Water tank leaked out on the counter as soon as it was filled. The connection between the tank and machine would not seal
