I am extremely pleased with this ice maker! It works very fast and starts producing ice within minutes of turning it on. The ice comes out consistently, and it makes enough to keep up with our family's daily needs. It's easy to use, quiet, and doesn't take up much space on the counter. I also appreciate how simple it is to clean and maintain. If you're looking for a reliable ice maker that produces ice quickly and efficiently, I highly recommend this one. It has exceeded my expectations and has been a great addition to our home!

Great Ice Machine. Love the light and the fact that all inside turns red when you need to add ice. No more guessing, can tell from afar. I'm using Purified water and the bullets come out crystal clear. Makes ice quick. Med loud but manageable for sure. Great size to. fits nicely on my dessert bar section.

Starting off, we have 2 ice makers in our Frig/Freezer. Both ice makers make decent ice, but do it slowly, especially the ball ice. Since we are now in the blast furnace stage of summer and we spend a lot of time outdoors I wanted to find an alternative. We gave it a heavy workout for a week to make sure it was everything they said it was. I found the manual easy to follow and got set up quickly. The claim ECOZY makes on this particular ice maker is that it makes ice fast. They are 100% telling the truth. Starting with the machine at ambient room temp, 77 F, it produced its first round of ice in 8 minutes (for the small size), then 6 minutes or so after that. I barely finished my drink and the ice maker has topped itself off again. Here are some positive observations: A)2 sizes of bullet ice, small and large. We love the small size as it's easier to chew on. B)Quiet - It does make noise when it's producing ice. Maybe as loud as a frig, but silent when just holding its temp and waiting to refill. C)Super easy to use - It lets you know when it needs water, and adding water is easy. D)Cleaning is easy - We only use filtered water, we turn the unit off, let the ice melt, then run a cleaning cycle and drain. I think the filtered water is key here, using tap water can/will leave residue. E)FAST - Can keep 2 people fortified with ice cold drinks. Even doing a little work outside in this heat leads to massive fluid loss. We always have ice cold drinks handy. And when we need more cold drinks, the ice maker is full again. D)The controls could not be any simpler. You can even set it to basically power down in the evening and fire back up the next day when you're ready for that ice. E)Chewability - Since the bullet ice is hollow it makes it easy to chew without feeling like you are breaking teeth. F)Unit size - Love that it's narrow and takes up very little counter space. Here is a negative observation, which would not hinder me from buying one again or taking away a star: A)Draining the unit. There is a plug located at the bottom that seals very well, but because it seals well it can be difficult to remove. I positioned the ice maker next to the sink so I can just slide it over the sink and pull the plug. I do worry a bit about the longevity of the plug. Maybe include 1 or 2 extra just in case. This is not a big deal for me since we use filtered water, it really doesn't need to be cleaned often at all. Overall we love it. So much so that it has a permanent home on our counter top not just as needed. And since it also looks really good, it fits right in. The ECOZY Chillio is a great purchase, one I would easily do again if/when needed.

This is a great icemaker. It makes two different size ice cubes, which is even better. It's compact it doesn't take up too much room on the counter. Quiet and makes ice very quickly so perfect all around.

I love this!! I love ice. We don't have an ice maker in our freezer. I have to buy bags of ice. Now I don't have to! Pretty quick ice making cycle. Only makes noise when the ice is dropping into the chute. Looks good on the counter. I love it!

I wasn't expecting much from a countertop ice maker, but this one impressed me right out of the box. Setup took maybe two minutes. Just plug it in, add water, hit start, and the first batch of ice was ready in about 5 minutes. That's genuinely one of the fastest turnarounds I've seen from a machine this size. This ice maker is the perfect size if you need something with a small footprint. I have it on my counter and the amount of ice it makes is great. I really enjoy the connectivity over Wi-Fi. It makes it simpler to begin the ice making when I'm not home but expect to be a bit later. I can have ice ready as soon as I get through the door. It is so simple to operate. It took a few minutes to get out of the box and setup. The handle makes it easy to travel with in case I want to take it to the office on a particularly hot day. Makes the office extra happy to stay cool.
