E.D. Smith Pumpkin Pie Filling, 540ml/18.9 oz. Can {Imported from Canada}

Great pie filling, just wish I new I needed 1 egg and 75 ml of evporated milk to make a pie. It doesn't even tell you on their website. (I checked before I bought it.) The ED Smith website has lots of recepies, but NO INTSRUCTIONS for just making a regular pie !!!

It's creamy and delicious. Good comfort food. Added to bananas, it makes a good smoothie.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) How can you look like you were a baker for years? With a can of ed smiths pumpkin pie filling and a frozen pie crust. How easy was that? And it was better than my moms who cooks a pumpkin, purees it, mixes in all the spices the can milk. Mixes and rolls out the pie crust. A mess. Don't tell I said ed smiths was better. I am not sure I will tell her or not lol

Nothing says harvest season lie great pumpkin treats.  Why go though the hastle of finding the perfect pumpkin to spend time cooking to get what you need when you can just get a can of E.D. Smiths Pumpkin Puree. A must have for gatherings or just for desert with the kids.

Great tasting but you have to add cream, eggs and spices. It is just pumpkin.

I was making pumpkin pies, so I went to my local Walmart for a can of E.D. Smith plain, unflavoured Pumpkin. They were out of stock, so I tried their pie filling. Folks, the two are night and day; the pie filling is grossly over sweetened and the spices tasted old and bland. For everyone commenting on the 'great taste' of their pie filling, please take my advice; the next time you want to bake a pumpkin pie, buy plain pumpkin and a bottle of pumpkin pie spice and then spice your pies to YOUR specifications. You'll be literally amazed by how much better pie made to your specs is compared to their idea of what it should taste like. I've never made such genuinely disappointing pies in my life. Trust me, since they spiced this filling to their taste, your pies will be no better. This filling is a waste of money.
