Bought 3 over all to give myself a break to get something done while the 3 great- grand kids are visiting! I know…my bad….but a lot of you know what I'm talking about! They do get time limits. Anyway, there are educational things pre- loaded on the tablets that I don't even know how to get too! They show me how! It comes with parental controls, time control, internet with parent access with passcode. I did not know how to set everything up…the tablet doesn't come with step by step how to's…..I left that to their mom to figure out. We did get locked out of the tablet on one because the code was tried over and over with a different code trying to get in without parent. The instructions give an email address to have the company send a code to unlock the tablet. They were very fast with the response and it was unlocked in no time. For the price the kids are satisfied for now and so is my pocketbook!
