This is the second home I have installed this Eddy descales for my own use. It does reduce the hard water buildup and reduces the amount of soap we use . If I move again I will definitely buy another.

Great wish I knew about sooner
Easy to connect and saves money over salt, electricity, and water from a softener unit. My only wish is I knew about this sooner

terrible customer /deliveryservice
I will probably never another item from walmart. Last order I placed was never delivered but I figured it was an anamaly , I ordered this but elected to cancel on the following day. Walmart said it could not guarrantee that the item had not already shipped and it ended up shipping on the third day. It is supposedly out for delivery today however it is now 7 PM and no delivery.
