Edelbrock 2151 Performer Aluminum Intake Manifold

All facets excellent. I called technical support for recommendations. From that moment, the order process was quick and easy.there was even a dis o7nt coupon! 10 minutes after I placed my order, someone from Jegs called to. Erich that is was me . I was pleasantly surprised. I recieved ex my order the next day! Jegs is my first call me t time!

Bought this for rebuilt Olds 455 as part of a drivetrain upgrade to my '69 Cutlass. Fit perfectly, performs outstandingly!

Fit well and allowed room for distributor . Came w plugs and the carb plate . Box was damaged bad in shipping but appears to be ok .

I got this intake with the performer package (carb, cam and lifters). The intake is astronomically lighter than the oem and the rise for the carb bore is high but will just clear the stock hood but still provide a good performance boost. The only thing i cant figure out is why the non-functional exhaust cross-over port?? It prevents the manifold from holding good paint and means if you dont purchase new heads you need to block the old ones off with this provided cast plug that would need machining anyway to ensure a decent fit! Couldnt of saved that much weight in the manifold against leaving the cross-over plugged mean it is aluminum?! Anyway besides that performance has been excellent even though paint has burned.
