Has a beautiful flavour. Enjoying the taste. Cooked in with warm salads at the moment .. with some coconut cream and coleslaw mix. Pan warmed. Trying lots of different things at the moment for my gut health. Definitely a very good strong quality product.

This is a great product to take if you've had too much sugar. It helps by giving you that sour and salty taste to bring you back to normalcy. It also seems to helps regulate your blood sugar levels. This is an expensive product to buy at my health shop in Australia. Excellent product with many health benefits. It was recommend to me by my macrobiotic counsellor - Steven Acuff. Helps to alkalise the body and aids digestion. I enjoy its unique salty, slightly sweet flavour.

I use it to make tea with kuzu - it helps against stomach aches. The size is not very big Very helpful.

I really wanted to try this since I read about its beneficial property in supporting both digestion and immunity. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to use it since i don't quite like the smell and taste. The quality of the ingredients is pretty good but I couldn't include it in my diet.
