So it has become very difficult to brush my teeth without pain. Colgate helps to sooth that pain while brushing. The toothpaste has a great fresh minty taste to it, it also helps to whiten the teeth as well over time. It won't just whiten them overnight, but after using it for a while you can see a difference. I would definitly recommend it, it helps with whitening, fresh breathe and makes it easier to brush with such a nice taste.

My sensitive teeth now tolerate hot and cold foods better and look cleaner. It works well as a daily toothpaste — the whitening effect isn't very noticeable, but I would buy it again.
