Really pleased with our purchase! Quality construction, sleek and modern look, and quiet operation. I also love the blue lights. One thing I noticed it doesn't do is reduce cold wine temp to below 40...I actually prefer my white wine a few degrees cooler than that, but since I don't drink much white wine, it's not a big issue for us. It cools reds to 52 min and that seems to be the perfect temp for those.

This is the perfect dual zone wine cooler for under the counter. This is the second time I have purchased this product for one of my homes.

This works great, is very quiet, and bottles fit a little better than other units from this brand and price range. It's well insulated so I have it on a timer so it doesn't run 24/7, and it holds the temperature while it isn't running. There's extra space above the top shelf in each zone, so they can easily fit larger bottles including Champagne/sparkling bottles. The only negative for me is that the temperature ranges for each zone are separate - the upper zone goes from 40-54F and the lower from 54-65F, which is a drawback if you'd prefer to have more of your bottles in the cooler zone. If you want to use this with the lower zone for your reds and the upper for your whites, then it's perfect, I'd give it 5 stars if that were how I wanted to use it.

Love this fridge! The only change I would make is larger storage for whites. The majority of the racks are for the higher temp reds which we drink very little of. Would be nice to be able to select colder setting for the bottom racks instead.

This is effectively a 32- 34 bottle wine cabinet. The top shelf might work for a few splits as there is a horizontal metal support half way back from the front. That said, it's attractive, quiet and cools properly. Had an initial issue with the defrosting unit, which literally iced up and shut the cabinet down. After two service calls it's working fine now. Warranty support through third party was good.

We bought this wine fridge when we built our house four years ago. Recently it started beeping and wouldn't turn on. We unplugged the fridge with hopes it would restart but to no avail. It always cut on really hard but it seemed to work well. Overall it looks nice but certainly I think an appliance like this should be reliable for many years. Now I'm shopping for a solution and have lost faith in all brands. I'd love suggestions, but more importantly it would awesome if the company would make this right for all the customers who are disappointed. Beware the goods with short warranties!!

We purchased a second replacement EdgeStar unit two years ago and recently noticed that the upper zone would no longer cool. A technician told us that the coolant was likely gone and the fan in back was not working. We had good service from it for 18 months but are unlikely to purchase another EdgeStar unit. At the moment, until we order a new unit, we're cooling the upper unit with ice 2X daily. We'll try something else.

The wine cooler seemed just great at first, but, very shortly after the warranty expired, it died and my repair person was unable to locate the necessary part.
