This ice maker is perfect for our needs. It is the right size, produces sufficient ice daily, and does not require a drain (a big plus). It arrived well packaged in good condition and was easy to set up. We keep it on a covered patio in Northern CA. On hot days, the ice production is slower, as noted in other reviews, but is always sufficient. Compared to other ice makers, this is a competitively priced unit.

Works great 3 months in! Quite, great cube production. Very happy, I just bought another one for Lake House.

Good delivery and plumber said easy set up. Plumber due to special water filter. Happy with ice production after two months.

Purchased this ice maker a few months ago. I got used to the hum when the ice maker is in icemaking mode. so far so good. i prefer the built in look but this unit just slides right in. the screws on the handle make it hard to get a tight fit, but you get what you pay for

It vents to the front, and we under counter mounted ours with no issues. The only thing I would change is I wish it had a bulkier handle, but otherwise a fantastic addition to our outdoor kitchen!

Bought this product and it died shortly after it went out of warranty. Not a well made product.

Bought this icemaker 05/14/2020 a few month later compressor stopped working. Product was replaces on 09/2020. On 12/30/2021 got home from work and there was about 2 inches of water throughout or our house. Icemaker unit had bust and there was thousand of dollar from water damage. I called the warranty department and stated product was out of warranty and that would be my problem, even though I had purchase multiple appliances with this company.
