This ice maker is perfect for our needs. It is the right size, produces sufficient ice daily, and does not require a drain (a big plus). It arrived well packaged in good condition and was easy to set up. We keep it on a covered patio in Northern CA. On hot days, the ice production is slower, as noted in other reviews, but is always sufficient. Compared to other ice makers, this is a competitively priced unit.

Good delivery and plumber said easy set up. Plumber due to special water filter. Happy with ice production after two months.

It was easy to install (no leaks), works great, and keeps us supplied with lots of ice. We did not want to have to install a drain, so this was a perfect solution for our needs.

I wanted a ice maker for an outdoor kitchen and yet when I temporally put it in my kitchen to see how well it worked, I wanted another because it was a hit with the kids. I like that the ice is small enough to go in any water bottle, it makes a whole tub in a day, and looks very professional grade. It's quiet and i have already sold another family remodeling their kitchen to get one.

Purchased this ice maker a few months ago. I got used to the hum when the ice maker is in icemaking mode. so far so good. i prefer the built in look but this unit just slides right in. the screws on the handle make it hard to get a tight fit, but you get what you pay for

Purchase this ice maker for basement finishing project last month. I was interested in one which didn't require a drain. So far it has exceed my expectations, ice production is a lot faster than manual states and with a very high end appearance. Slightly noisy but acceptable about the same as any ordinary refrigerator ice maker adjacent to a family room. Great for the price! Purchased additional 3yr warranty as an added precaution. Will update post on durability in coming months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately after installing the ice maker less than 6 months ago it is already starting to rust. It is located in an air conditioned space so we were surprised. The ice it makes is great though.

Bought this icemaker 05/14/2020 a few month later compressor stopped working. Product was replaces on 09/2020. On 12/30/2021 got home from work and there was about 2 inches of water throughout or our house. Icemaker unit had bust and there was thousand of dollar from water damage. I called the warranty department and stated product was out of warranty and that would be my problem, even though I had purchase multiple appliances with this company.
