Edifier 4002557 R980T 24-Watt-RMS Amplified Bookshelf Speaker System

Bought these for my little desktop project studio as Nearfield monitors. Was on a budget, and BOOM, hooked these up and ran some mixes from my computer DAW, and the sound response was great. If you need an budget set of powered monitors for a studio or just good multi media speakers, these are going to make you very happy and will fit any budget!!!

Great sound quality and good bass. Love the flexible input connection options. Not only can you pair these speakers with one device with an aux cable, but you can also pair them at the same time to another device with RCA cables. I highly recommend the Edifier speakers.

Great computer speakers! I've had the Edifier speakers for a week now and have been pleased with their performance. So far, the sound quality has been very good for my computer audio use. The 3.5" jack and RCA cables give me flexible input options. I recommend especially if you starting to get a decent setup for your computer.

I needed a speaker to listen to music through an Echo Dot. These speakers sound great when connected to the echo and even when running a phone through the second input. I am super happy with how they look and sound. I highly recommend anyone at least give these a try.

I've owned a pair of Edifier R1280T speakers for about a year and I think they're great. The over all performance is excellent and the bass response is especially impressive. I needed another pair of speakers for an FM radio and a CD player in a small bedroom where I had been using a pair of Logitech Z200 computer speakers that sounded OK, but the bass response was very disappointing compared to my Edifiers. The R980Ts were the perfect upgrade. Slightly smaller and with a little less power than the R1280Ts, the R980Ts deliver bass that is just as impressive, especially when you consider their compact size and lower price. Whether I'm listening to classical, jazz, rock or folk music my Edifiers always produce excellent sound quality, even at low volume. I definitely recommend the Edifier R980Ts to anyone in need of a pair of compact, affordable speakers with bass response that will surprise you. And they look great too.

I love these speakers! I got an AT LP60X turntable on my birthday and realized I needed external speakers. Easy to set up and I think these speakers sound incredible. They are loud. The bass is good and can be adjusted with a knob on the back of the primary speaker, as well as volume.

Just received the speakers today and can't wait to return them. They sound terrible. Sounds like the tried to give them to much bass, Hi's sound good but mid's sound like the speaker is enclosed in a box with a port, so muffled, sound BAD. DON'T BUY THEM. wish i could give less than one star.
