Why are there so many complaints? Let's make this very simple to understand. Thus is not a very complicated water filter, u just do what ur supposed to at the beginning of the flush. I have never since I got my fridge any complications, with the water filter If ur looking to get a refund for the times u complain, then this is not the filter for you. Go out and buy filtered water . Give businesses a break from this Pandemic that we've all gone through together unless u were in a different pandemic. Why do people like to give hard times to others,just follow the instructions and it will be an easy sail from there. Go slow and don't give up ,because people nowadays like to give up on everything. Give businesses a break or drink ur regular water out of the tap. Stop complaining I've never had a hard time with mine

Previous filter tip broke off inside, but after dismantling the housing to remove the broken part, the new one slipped right in without a problem. However, after the change, whenever I'm dispensing water a horribly annoying, high-pitched, ear-piercing, whistling noise has developed. What's with that??? Is this common with this brand of filter?

I'm happy with my fridge filter and the auto order. PROBLEM I want to change the month that my orders arrive, and that option doesn't seem to be available. You can only change the frequency. Please advise how I can do this. I called earlier this year and staff said the change had been made, but in fact the filter was shipped under the original sign up date.

I am a refrigerator filter (EDR1RXD1 single pack) repeat customer from this company. My concern is that once received, upon opening unit, there is absolutely no safety seal indicating it is a brand new unit and not previous opened; thus ensuring water filtration quality.

Replaced my filter in my whirlpool fridge a few weeks ago with EveryDrop. I used my TDS tool a month later to see the difference. My TAP WATER had a better reading (116) than my new EveryDrop Ice & Water filtered water that read 151. This is not a cheap product and I feel beyond scammed!

Shipping times are not professional. Ordered product on July 20 and still waiting (3 weeks approx.) Hopefully it actually ships at some point, next time i'll know to order many months before my filter runs out in this case.

This filter works great for cleaning the water. However, even though it is the correct filter for my refrigerator the flanges on the top do not work with the filter removal mechanism on my particular Whirlpool side by side model. Previous versions of the water filter for this refrigerator worked with the mechanism. This one does not. We must use channel locks to remove it which is not easy. And we get concerned with the possibility they may slip and damage the refrigerator or one of us. Frustrating

I purchased two water filters in June 2025 when the first one clogged up and started making my water dispenser sound like a machine gun. I put the second one in and problem was corrected for approximately three months. Then I called the company and on January 12, they sent me a free water filter to replace the one water filter that was still within the 90 day warranty. I put that water filter in on January 17, 2026 and as of today January 28, 2026 the new water filter is clogged and the water stream slowed the machine gun sound returned. The service Man said that it is a bad water filter and every drop will not honor the filter they sent me. I am going to try a generic filter now because my warranty is expired. I think every drop is a very expensive brand that is making a lot of money off people and I've heard that the Kenmore water filter is cheaper and Is just as effective . I'm gonna give it a try. Every drop filters are defective if you get three and around like I did, you'll see.

Buy elsewhere - the savings are the same as other sellers, and the subscription service NEVER works. We've signed up at least 3 times and each time it comes up for renewal it tells us that the subscription is paused because the product is no longer in stock. Yet you can still buy it direct from the website? Poor service, you can buy the same product elsewhere.

I am having a huge issue with he filters I have change the filter in 30 days and its happen twice already, are the filters should last at least 6 months? water is not coming out unless I change the filter????? can this issue can resolve my fridge is only one year old I am not plan to purchase another one yet.
