My son had a blast putting this together and was so proud he could do it all on his own. He thought it was so cool the box could be u folded and flipped inside out for a playset. He just finished putting it together about 20 minutes ago and is fascinated with using the drill to take it apart and put it back together multiple times already. Now he's trying to find other things he can "fix" with the drill. It's a great motor skills activity for him and a fun way to extend his therapy sessions at home. It took him only a couple minutes to put it together. They toy itself has no cons from me but our product was missing a bolt so in order to put the car together, we had to remove the bolt from inside the racer buddy. My 3 year old is in love with the Design & Drill Bolt Buddies Race Car. First off my kid loves to help make things and with this car he is able to put it together himself with only a small amount of help from me. Not only can he put it together but he can take it apart. I think his favorite thing was using the drill that came with it because instead of trying to get Daddy's tools, he now has his own! My son loves the little people he gets to stick in the car and it rolls around well on carpet and hardwood flooring. I liked how this isn't a normal toy car because its larger which makes it easier to find, and it's more interactive for my little one. I would definitely recommend this to parents of boys AND girls.

Easy to understand instructions. My son put it together within minutes and then played with it for the entire day. Extremely durable. Because of the need to put it together himself, he has a sense of pride and more of a connection with this toy. That is a big deal.

My 2 year old daughter loves her drill and bolt buddy race car! She constantly goes back to playing with this toy after doing another activity. She loves to take it apart, and put it back together (with help from me). She caught on very quick as to taking the bolts out and take the pieces off, then putting it all back together again. I love how it has an actual functioning drill. The box it comes in also doubles up as a toy the kids can play with their car on. We kept ours as a box though so she has somewhere to put all the bolts and parts when she takes her car apart. Overall great educational toy, no cons about it!

We loved this toy! All three of my preschool-age children worked together and played with this for over an hour on a rainy day. An hour is a very long time to hold their attention. We've had sets like this before and have gotten frustrated with how quickly they break and how cheap all of the components are. This drill works really well it's strong and I think it's all going to last us a very long time! Very great toy thanks a lot! Will recommend!

My kids were very excited to open this package and start playing right away. They had lots of fun figuring out how to build the car. It was easy enough for them to put together. They used to have a very similar toy and we found these pieces to be much sturdier and the car held together really well. The drill worked well in helping screw in the bolts, but FYI it doesn't come with a battery included. My three year old loves the little monkey and driver, but I would not recommend for a child under 2 as our 21 month old kept trying to put the pieces in his mouth. Super happy to have received this product for review purposes.

My son loved this drill and bolt race car. He figured out how to assemble and disassemble immediately and has played with it almost every day since arriving. Only con is it does not come with batteries so we had to go to the store to purchase and want able to use as soon as it arrived. Overall great educational and fun toy.

My four year old son was very excited to receive this toy and put it together. The toy was VERY easy to put together. I almost wish their was more drill/screw techniques for the toy. It took only a few minutes to put the toy together. My son seemed more interested in the drill verse the car. I do feel this would be a good way for special needs or younger children to learn eye/hand coordination. However, the lack of excitement did not last long considering it was an easy task to put together. However, it wasn't a totally lost because my son does enjoy the toy!

It is a really cool concept that I really wanted to enjoy. Unfortunately the pieces were hard for my little one to keep track of. She's four(almost five) and struggled with some of her fine motor skills. This just wasn't a good fit for her. Super cute though.
