Educational Insights Design & Drill Bolt Buddies Helicopter, Take-Apart Stem Toy, Ages 3+

This was way cooler than i expected! My daughter seriously loved it. Even my 7yr old loved it. The little drill is amazing it even has little gears on the side. I'm already looking into purchasing more. This was educational, fun to do, and engaging for my kids.

Toddler was super excited to receive the design & drill bolt rescue helicopter. The drill kit is very neat and all the pieces are very well made. The toy is of a good size for toddlers. The bolts and drill are easy to work with for a 4 year old. Vibrant colors. Hours and hours of imaginative play. The most impressive part is the packaging doubles as an adorable backdrop to play with.

My kids enjoyed putting this toy together themselves. The instructions were super easy for the older one(5 years) to understand and the drill was easy to use as well. They loved how the box became a back drop for the toys as well. All around the toy was great and they really enjoyed playing with it.

My son loved this toy from the moment he saw the box. He was immediately drawn to putting the little bird in the basket and then building the rest of the helicopter. From a parent stand point I think the toy is very well made which is a big deal because of how rough kids can be with toys. One thing that really stuck out to me was the fact the box turned into a setting for him to play with the helicopter. Not only is it a great use of resources, it sparks his imagination. I look forward to buying the other sets in this toy line.

This was the best gift from BzzAgent we ever received! My 3 year old and I absolutely love to interact with the toy and he builds it himself and his imagination comes out at its strongest I've ever seen! We definitely recommend this toy, it's very educational, interactive, fun to play and rebuild over and over for hours of fun!

My daughter, who is on the Autism Spectrum, doesn't take to toys very well but she loved this one. The Design & Drill Bolt Buddies Helicopter was easy to comprehend and really captured her attention. The sounds don't seem to bother her, most toys are over stimulating sound and light wise, but this was not.

I received this design and drill rescue helicopter complimentary for my honest review. The product was very engaging for my 3 year old. It was fun to put together and easy for him to do it after he was shown once. I also love that the packaging turns into a building and is reused.

My son loved this item! When I said it's "flimsy" the box actually is because it turns into a "town" but it just sorta flaps there. Great concept but I'd like the city box to be more sturdy. I'm sure with some sort of adjusting they can make it to where to connects together better instead of just flap around. My son was able to assemble this on his own once I put batteries in the toy drill. He had a lot of fun with it. I think at 4 he was a tad too old for it because he assembled it quickly. I would recommend to a friend and for kids around 3 years so it's a tad more challenging.

My son really likes it. The fact you can in screw the little man's hair and the penguin is so adorable. I also love that the packaging it came in can be turned into a little building that you can use with the toy. The only problem is that the screws can't be too tight or the drill won't work on them.

When the drill is used beyond the scope of the bolt, it tightens so much that the drill cannot be used to reverse the bolt without an adult loosening it up by hand. Older children will get the hang of it, younger children may not. My 3 year old played with this far longer than my 6 year old. I think the novelty of the toy wore off pretty quickly for the 6 year old. 6 year old also had a hard time taking out the pilot if the pilot was placed in the "back seat" spot since he fit quite tightly and there was not a lot of room to pull him back up and out. I liked how winding the bolt in the helicopter tail wound up the rescue carrier, but would have liked to see it wind back down if used in reverse. I liked the colors and loved how the box can be unfolded to be used as a backdrop. I do not know if the toy drains batteries quickly or not. It's not intuitive for kids to put into Off position so I do wonder if there is an "auto off" so that batteries aren't drained when not in use but still switched "on" Overall, I enjoyed letting my kids make use of hand eye coordination and work on motor skills to put bolts and pieces into place to "build" a helicopter, but it is not easy to keep my kids enticed to revisit this toy after a few days.
