My Baby is only two years old But he loves all things space and Can tell you all of the planets and facts about each one, so he was super excited to receive this as a Christmas gift.

Love, love, love toys that combine fun with educational experiences. Our child is just developing a love for stargazing, and I believe this will provide many opportunities for lots of indoor winter fun. Great educational benefit, too! Vibrant photos and easy to use makes this an ideal gift for a space-obsessed child.

It has good information for kids that they can understand.

bought for my 6 year old space-obsessed kid; however my 4 year old nephew took to it more. the pictures and are fascinating and there's a quiz mode based off what you learn. it's like an upgraded view master. i think it's fun to check out. that being said, your kid would need to want to look amd learn. my 6 year old wasn't engaged in it and it may be because it's not animated like tv or maybe because he doesn't want to sit and watch when he plays. he likes to move and make pretend. hopefully that helps the mext person. it's age appropriate, in fact i expect elementary age kids would get a kick out of it, but my kid was more taken with the star projector my sister bought for him. my nephew, who is younger, but who is more apt to sit when playing, like he could stare at fidgets for some time, was very entertained by this

*I was given this product in exchange for my honest review* When we received the GeoSafari Jr Talking Space Explorer I was a little concerned if my seven-year-old would be "too old" for the toy, however that was not the case at all! I could definitely see this being used in classrooms or by parents who homeschool. It is wonderful for kids who have a love STEM or a great introduction tool for those just starting to explore the world of science. The Talking Space Explorer was so interesting providing many pictures and interactive facts as well as short video clips. It has a quiz mode as well so kids can test their knowledge. It is easy to put together and requires very light assembly as well as 3 AA batteries (not included). It has a volume button which is also great for little ones with sensitive ears (or parents). I definitely would recommend this toy to anyone looking to get their children's interest in space ignited!

Awesome kids telescope for learning. I bought it as a Christmas gift for a 6 year old. I hope they like it. I only gave it 4 stars because I don't know if it works or if they like it until Christmas. Will update then.

considering the value of this its a bit flimsy and doesn't balance well unless on a even surface. while bright and fun which is great for kids not the best price wise for what it does.

Great concept, however considering its for preschoolers, the product height is not very adjustable or user friendly.

Not at all what I was expecting, bought 2 only to be told that I gave the worst gifts this year. Boring with no interaction whatsoever.

View is really small. Child would get bored easy.
