Educational Insights Hot Dots Kindergarten Essentials: Reading & Math Workbook with Interactive Pen, Children 5+

Purchased this gift for my 5 year old grandson for Christmas. I always like to get educational items to help him with learning. He is enjoying it. The box does not tell you that you need 2 AAA batteries for the joystick. Overall great learning tool.

My child and I both loved this product! We used this as a "wind down" toy before bedtime. We worked on it for about 20-30 mins a day. My child gets so excited when the buzzer on the pen goes off for the right answer. I'd purchase this for a friend who had someone going into Kindergarden.

We received the hot dots kindergarten essentials workbook in exchange for my honest review. I like that this is a learning activity my kids can do with no help. The results are easy to see and immediate. I also like that you can turn down the volume.

I received this product free in return for my honest review. This product is so cute. It makes learning so much fun! My five year old has ADHD and it's so hard for her to focus. She can spend a solid half hour - 45 minutes entertained by it! She loves the feedback feature, making the light turn green and the fun noises! I really only have one complaint and I don't think it warrants losing any stars over, it can get repetitive after a bit. We love this so much, and my three year old has started using it too!

I have my 5 year old sit down and use this as apart of her learning time. She actually has fun interacting with it and will easily sit with the hot dots for an hour or more. A better benefit is my 3 and 4 year old will hover and sit with her because they want a turn with it!

After receiving this product in the mail. My 6 year old son immediately enjoyed it and loved being able refresh his memory on things from kindergarten and learn new stuff.

My daughter really liked this product compared to a regular old workbook. I feel like she needed me a lot less using this product than when we do workbooks together.

My son says he gives this toy a thumbs up, and he also expresses that it makes him happy. When interacting with the toy I've noticed my son really involved, the sounds and lights keep him focused.

The hot dots kindergarten essential reading and math work book was an awesome educational addition for my daughter. Compared to other educational items we have tried, I have had to sit down with her and help her through every step. With this work book the pen gives her feedback right away whether she got something right or wrong. As a busy single mom this is a perfect way to keep my daughter busy and engaged into something educational rather then television. She felt she was such a big girl by doing this work book independently. I would recommend this work book for any child that loves to learn!

The product took too long to ship and provided no eta after order placement.
