Animal watchers
They were presents for my granddaughters and they loved them. they went outside yesterday and was spotting squirrels and birds in my yard. The journal was popular with them too. They are ages 4 and 6

This is a Christmas gift for my 6 year old granddaughter. Looks great in the package. Seems very sturdy, arrived in perfect condition.

For very young child or toddler only
The recommended age was up to 8 years old. This is toy and the oldest child who might be happy with it is maybe 5 years old IMHO. I wasted my money on it.

not durable
I bought 2 for my grandchildren. After less than 1 hour of use, the plastic ocular covers detached and the neck strap broke. I will be returning the one. Maybe just a dud, but don't want to chance it.
