It is a convenient and delicious pick me up, especially as cool weather approaches. It is versatile and can be mixed with other broths or added to ramen.
Quick and easy to make soups. Just add hot water and stir. Ideal as a side dish or a warm savoury snack. Good value for money with 8 servings in the box. Nice taste.
Ever had a recipe you wanted to try that called for miso soup? I have, and generally don't keep it on hand. This handy little package sits in your cupboard just waiting to be used. Good on its own, you can also enhance it with beneficial ingredients for a great tasting soup. The quality is good. The size per serving is perfect. All around good tasting product.
tasty good pricing and convenient and healthy too. can add vegetables to make a heartier soup
Easy and delicious taste. Good ingredients, good quality. Very versatile, you can add some other veggies or not. Perfect individual amount. Healthy for you.
This light tasting broth is very easy to make and with 2 serving per pouch is economical as well. I initially bought this to add to ramen, but I found the flavor too light for that. Now I drink it instead of tea/coffee sometimes when I want something warm and savory, or to break a fast. I could see it being helpful when you are under the weather as well. Occasionally I add red pepper flakes, cayenne, garlic, etc. to add more flavor. I prefer the other soup varieties from Edward & Sons but this was pleasant to try.
I really liked the taste and was glad to add variety to the traditional and Japanese styles that I've been using. the quality seemed as good as the above-mentioned flavors. I didn't like the 2 servings per package because I wasn't sure I was dividing it in equal parts.
The original version of this miso is better I think, but this one is good as well. It is a little more bland and resembles vegetable broth more than miso. But overall, it is good. I will continue to buy the regular version though!
It tastes ok, but I miss the wakame seaweed leaves in it. I will use it up, and the price value is good, but won't repurchase it. I prefer the Japanese Restaurant style soup by E&S. It is more expensive but worth the price
I've had Miso at Japanese restaurants and Miso made from paste that you get in Asian stores (the type that's kept refrigerated). So I wanted to try "Instant Miso-Cup"... I was hopeful when I mixed it up and it smelled pretty good but when I tasted it I have to say it tasted bitter and almost like it had a burnt taste. I know that there are different flavors of Miso but I would say I've never had one like this. I would say it is only fair and I won't be ordering it again.
