I am impressed with this couch. It did come in 11 individual packages but assembly was really easy once I had everything unpackaged. My only complaint would be that the couch cushion covers seem to be maybe a tad too small for the cushion foam and I am worried the zippers will bust. This has not happened yet but it is a worry of mine. The fabric is super soft though and comfortable and the couch seats are deep and I love the oversized feel. Overall super happy!

Just assembled it, the look and feel is really good. It is sturdy and the cushion is firm. Love the fact that it’s modular so you can configure it in any way you want. The assembly is also very easy although it can take up an hour. I got the couch in 4 5 boxes but it fun unboxing cause I had no idea how it’s gonna be since there were no reviews on this item when I bought. I got it $319 but quality is definitely worth a lot more.

Bought a couch for the first time online and it came in too small, so I had PTSD lol, but study other couches and this one was just right. It's long, sits high and steardy. I'm 5'7" and my boyfriend is 6 feet and we can sleep on opposite ends of the couch comfortably and not touch, or cuddle up with extra room.

I love it! Its firmer than it looks. Only thing id change about it is the legs. They are plastic and would look better if they were wood. Easy assembly and interchangeable parts makes it easy to work with. The way the fabric is put together if u change the layout of the sofa its seamless.

Overall this couch is okay! Came in 9 different boxes but was expected from buying a couch online through Walmart. It was really easy to put together and took me and my partner about half an hour. The cushions are firm but not rock hard which is fine with us because we do like firm cushions. The back cushions though could use more stuffing. They mild to any shape to easily and didn’t plump up to much after letting them air out for a few days. The size of this couch though for that price I will say is a win win! We were in a tight budget for new furniture for our apartment and couches these days are insane so overall we are happy with the purchase

Ordered the 6 seat option, received 5 seats and 5 backs when it was originally delivered. A few days later, I received the 6th seat, but I'm still missing a back. I messaged the seller a week ago and did not receive a message back. The couch itself is pretty nice for the price and I like that it's modular, but the seller communication is severely lacking.

The cushions are terrible. The covers are kept on by zippers that don't work. I spent hours working on them only for already zipped areas to come undone. I have zero confidence that longterm it will stay fine. After getting everything else set up I don't know how I'd return things now. So upset!

Item arrived in a package that appeared to be clothing. However it was the couch peiced deflated flat to fix in the box. Once package was opened the couch began to expand. Orderd an assembler, only to realize the 3 peice couch set didn’t have nor required tools to assemble. That was it. it's about 7 inches from the floor with no foundation at all. No legs for sitting support. When asked for item to be picked up, the FedEx driver refused to take the item away. Said it needed to be deflated again. Still fighting with walmart to retrieve the item. Walmart suggested I ( the consimer) take it to a local walmart. That's not my job. Requesting refund and removal of this irregular couh set. Not a happy customer on this one. Ad is deceiving.

I received a shipment of 5 boxes and, not thinking much of it, hauled them to my apartment even though the delivery instructions were not followed. When I started unpacking, I was confused. Some reviews advised reading the instructions, but the instructions were buried deep inside one of the seat bottoms. I had to guess which piece was which. After unboxing everything, I realized I was missing an armrest and all the seat backs. There were no clear details on how many boxes to expect for each couch size. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Walmart, going through multiple points of confusion with the representative, who eventually informed me that 4 more boxes were still on the way. I don’t understand why I had to call Walmart to find this out. There were no emails from the seller or Walmart about separate tracking numbers. Overall, I'm disappointed. The couch has a bad smell, isn’t very comfortable, and isn’t worth the risk. I relied on the 4.4-star rating when I ordered, but my experience was poor. After two issues with Walmart and only being offered a $25 coupon as a remedy, I will be shopping elsewhere.

No one is responding to my missing package! I can’t do anything until all my packages have arrived!!! Fed ex dude told me it was in the truck and would come back when he found it !!!No one came back! I have been calling the %23 but it’s not taking messages. I want my missing package please !!!!!!!
