I ordered a 9 ft. umbrella, but I guess this model only comes in 10 ft. which is a bit big for my courtyard, but too heavy to return myself so I kept it. It provides shade for the entire courtyard now. The lights were very bright when I first used, but now they are duller. Not sure if I have to do something different over when solar takes over it is not as bright. Other than that, it is top quality, and was easy to assemble by a little old lady by herself.

Everyone who left a negative review because they said the solar panel was missing is an IDIOT. The solar panel is in a small box and you need to connect it to the umbrella. I am positive that all of those negative reviews are people who threw away the solar panel without realizing it was there.

This is a great value for the money we live in a very sunny area and the fabric on the umbrella is heavy and thick enough that it provides great shade. The umbrella itself is made solid construction and has adjustable tilt so it can be moved to provide Shay during different times of the day both in the morning and in the evening the umbrella also has integrated LED lights that help in the evening with our patio ambience.

This is a replacement for the first one we had. The crank string broke, so it didn't open properly. They were very helpful getting us a replacement. The color is a little different than we ordered but it will work for us. Having the lights are great for when we have bonfires. Makes easy for everyone to find their snacks. Board games are fun, too. Fits perfectly with our table. We do make sure it is closed when not in use.

I will be clear that the umbrella itself is beautiful and very nice. The customer service from the umbrella company is to be desired. My umbrella did not come with all the required parts and is missing the "Solar" panel on top of the umbrella. I tried to contact the company via Walmart Relay, and the company said they don't sell parts. This is not right. As a company with a faulty product, I think they need to make good and send a new umbrella if the one that was sent did not have all the parts to make it function as advertised. So for that reason I gave them a 2 star. If they would have made good I could have given them a 5 star review. Customer service is really lacking and now I have to buy a solar panel and HOPE it works with the umbrella so the lights with work or buy a new umbrella, (what a waste of a perfectly good umbrella)

We put this umbrella up with no problem in April and by early July the cord snapped. I tried contacting the third party seller but they needed a parts number for the cord. But of course I didn't keep the manual for a product I wouldn't need it for... Walmart said they'd take the product but needed the original box which again, I didn't save the box for something I opened thee months ago. Would not recommend at all. It's getting stars at all because the frame of the umbrella is very sturdy and well built

I bought three of them for my backyard. The first, after a few months, it would not stay up. Then one of the two I just got will NOT LIGHT up! I am returning it for a replacement but be warned...don't buy them on-line, make sure they work and get the insurance. Otherwise, when they work, they are very nice.

I ordered this toward the winter time and had it stored until it was nice enough to set it out and I’ve had it in the sunlight every day and I have it turned on and the lights never turned on the lights don’t even work. That’s the only reason I bought it.

The top solar cap was missing so I reached out to the manufacturer and they told me I have to return the full item for a refund instead of sending the small piece. The LED lights won’t work without that solar cap but I paid extra to have LED. Now I’m having trouble trying to return it.

This is our second one of the particular umbrella. And if it was “new” would love it, like the first one. But this one looked like it was returned by another customer. Our first clue was the box was ripped up pretty bad. This one was missing the solar panel that goes up top. The edges were pretty banged up and torn in places (you can see the solar wire). We bought this one because our other one flew off the deck and broke. So we were able to use the solar box off of that one. But still, would not have bought this one used!
