I love the size of this umbrella. It covers my two picnic tables perfectly! Color is great and assembly was easy. Only thing I would recommend to manufacturer is to make opening on sand bags larger so that you can insert a whole bag of sand in it. This would make it quicker to fill with no mess.

We had this same umbrella that we bought about 7-10 years ago %26 it held up well until we had some very high gusts of wind come up that tore the material loose %26 in doing so caused the frame to bend. Well worth the cost but be sure to lower it when not in use if you are in an extremely high wind area.

i would not puchase this again. the pole that connects to the base is not a slide in. It twists on and its not convenient when you have to remove it for inclement weather ext. the thread is going to wear too quickly. bad design but good quality materials. The sand bags are a bit of a pain , thought it was a solid, fillable base.

I loved the umbrella until not even 2 wks in when noticed it would not hold the full expansion, it kept lowering %26 collapsing back down to the original position. I have purchased this umbrella before x 2 and loved them, think this is just a defective one %26 will return. Will order another to replace.

It looks great, the problem is 1- the stand cheap and moves and rotates with any breeze, 2- the base that has to be held with small sandbags not sturdy enough and comes apart easily 3- the mechanism is operated with some thin ropes , 4- the crank is not the best nor is it big enough for a n adults hand.

Umbrella looks nice but there is no base included. I got some plastic frame that would not even hold a picture on the wall, and some fabric and sand bags. Some misleading nonsense. Very disappointing. Returned the same day after the rep was not able to answer any of my questions about the base. Make sure you check everything before buying to make sure the design works for you.

The umbrella was easy to assemble. I did overlook the fact that we needed sand for the base. The size of the umbrella is perfect for our patio table and it provides plenty of shade in comparison to our former round umbrella. After 2 weeks of using, I noticed that the umbrella started to collapse on its own. I used the crank lever to fully open and watched the lever move in the direction that closed the umbrella. We had to rig it in a way to make it stay fully extended. I would not recommend this umbrella.

This umbrella is flimsy and unsteady. It tipped over in a slight breeze and broke two spines within a week of use. We did have it weighted at the base with 100 pounds of sand as recommended. Further, it is not waterproof. Rain seeps through the thin fabric. Also rain collects in two pools at the junctions of the cloth shade and slowly drips through. I will not buy this type of umbrella again. I don't recommend it.

The umbrella is so beautiful and fits perfect but the issue is one of the rod supporting the umbrella came broken and just wanted a replacement so called customer service like three times and everyone assured me to contact the seller but nothing was done so no choice will have to return it.

Quality and Customer Service seriously lacking. damaged part. sent requested photos to Manufacturer. no response. cant use umbrella. want tj return but no sure Walmart eill accept bucause base packaging is no longer available and base is partially assembled. need Walmart intervention to expedite.
