EDX 2 Drawer File Cabinet, Rolling File Cabinet with Lockable Wheels, Printer Stand with Storage, for Home Office, White

I really love my new file cabinet. We put it together yesterday and it was pretty straightforward. I am not using mine for files, although being the intended use, would absolutely work very well. The dowels are adjustable and would fit different size files. The cabinet is made of great materials and I forsee this lasting for many years.

I got the folders that extend and I am very happy with it.

It is not very functional. draws do not hold files to tge end of draw. maybe jusr 1/2 of the way. It does have a nice apairance. I am Sorry I didn't return but my huaband took the time to assemble it. Need right away to replace old wooden one in the garage. i rushed this purchase because we are moving.

This is not the correct size for regular or legal folders. It's cheap and i almost broke it following the instructions. This is cheap pressed board.

Almost 3 hours to put the file cabinet together; the instructions were unclear. The identification of the pieces was not well done; it is possible that there were missing parts. As a seasoned DIY-er, this should have been a slam dunk if the insitructions were more clear. At some point I had to ditch the nonverbal, poorly conceived methodology on the "instructions", and resorted to drilling holes to screw parts together as the remaining hardware did not seem to fit the next steps in construction. Long story short - even though it looks nice after the construction, the difficulty in identifying parts and where they were supposed to go - for example, the drawers had different fronts and backs which you don't completely identify until you put 2 fronts on one of the drawers. In this age of video capability, one would have been most welcome. My suggestion to the manufacturer: BETTER IDENTIFY THE PIECES AND NAME THEM. Verbalize the assembly. In drawings the pieces lose definition and look like everything else - provide a link to photos/videos of how the item is to be assembled step by step - especially those left out of the "instructions" - which resulted in de-construction and re-construction. The drawer slider rails assembly was so vague; it was only upon magnification that I was then able to see that there was a difference in the pieces that were applied to the frame. For construction my rating is -1. For finished product - so far - 3.5

The rods WILL NOT FIT the letter sized hanging folders!! They are either too wide or too small. Very poor design!!

Very disappointed. The drawers do not pull out so you are able to access back files, but not only that the files do not fit. The rods do not hold the files, the keep dropping off the rods. And the rods are thick, so the files can't hook onto the rods. They do not glide as the should because the rods are textured. Did anyone test this out before putting it on the market. The rods move in the groove of the door, but it really doesn't help.

The drilling to the product is completely off.

YOU CAN GET TOILET PAPER STRONGER THAN THIS. UNSTEADY ,POOR DESIGN. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID.
